Eligibility for Support

Students may qualify for Resource Services if they have a documented disability, in accordance with the Diocese of Phoenix Catholic Schools Office's policy. Documentation may include:

  • An Individualized Education Program (IEP) from a public school
  • A 504 Plan or Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) Report
  • A comprehensive evaluation from a licensed child psychologist through private insurance

If your child has one of these documents, please provide a copy to the school office so we can determine if we are able to meet your student’s educational needs.
