Welcome to St. John Bosco Catholic Preschool!
Here at St. John Bosco Catholic Preschool, we believe the main goal of early childhood education is to support the development of the whole child. Our curriculum will adapt to meet the unique developmental needs of each child. In a world that is becoming increasingly competitive and materialistic, our program will provide a place for every child to be a child — free to learn, play, explore and imagine in a loving, nurturing environment, knowing that they are loved by God.
St. John Bosco Catholic Preschool provides young children with a loving, secure environment in which they can develop spiritually, physically, intellectually and socially. Our goals are to provide healthy Catholic values, a positive self-image, and a spirit of learning and sharing through a cooperative relationship with our school and parish families.
Each child is special and unique; loved individually and intimately by God. It is in this understanding that St. John Bosco (SJB) will strive to develop a love of Jesus and the knowledge of the presence of God in the lives of each family served by our school. SJB also recognizes that young children are learning all the time. It is our responsibility as adults and teachers to be facilitators of learning. Learning takes place when children are allowed to wonder and question, share information and ideas, and try new activities. We believe our program offers the best possible environment to support and develop young children's love of learning and understanding of how deeply God loves them.
