Student Council

The Student Council at St. John Bosco Catholic School is made up of 4th to 8th-grade students who take on leadership roles within the school community. They play a crucial role in organizing events on campus. Council members are elected by their fellow students.

Students in the 8th grade can run for key officer positions such as President, Vice-president, Secretary, Treasurer, Sports Commissioner, and Spirit Commissioner. On the other hand, students from 4th to 8th grade can run for the position of classroom representative, with one student chosen from each homeroom. The elections for officer positions are conducted in May of the preceding school year, while the class representative elections occur towards the end of August.

These dedicated students take great pride in representing St. John Bosco and work hard to uphold a positive image of the school. They lead by setting a good example and are expected to meet high standards. Some of their responsibilities include planning assemblies, Mix-it-Up Days, fundraisers, student announcements, and activities during Catholic Schools Week.
