12-01-2023Notes from the PrincipalMrs. Jamie Bescak

Dear Parents,

Welcome back! I trust you and your family enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving break, filled with numerous blessings in your lives. As we step into the Season of Advent, signs of hope, love, joy, and peace are seen across our campus as a reflection of our Catholic identity. Our Monday morning gatherings in the courtyard, led by our Campus Ambassadors and Student Council, feature Advent prayers and songs—a clear reminder that Jesus is the focal point of this season.

Beginning Monday, our students will undergo benchmark testing before the holiday break. DIBELS assessments in reading and math await K–2nd grade students, while 3rd–8th grade students will tackle MAP assessments in math, reading, ELA, and science. To ensure your child is prepared, please equip them with a good night's sleep and a nourishing breakfast, and arrive on time for school each day.

For existing students, due to some unexpected issues with Renweb, re-enrollment should be opened by Mon, Dec 4. You will receive an email with further re-enrollment instructions from Renweb when it is up and running. This will allow our current families to secure a spot for their children ahead of Open Enrollment, which kicks off during Catholic Schools Week. Detailed information can be found below.

Lastly, I'm pleased to share that the Tuition Schedule for the 2024-2025 academic year has been approved. With a modest increase of about $30 per month, this adjustment will support our dedicated teachers and maintain the excellence of our campus. Your ongoing love and support for our teachers, staff, pastor, and myself are deeply appreciated.
