Why Parents Choose St. John Bosco Catholic School

The #1 reason cited by parents for sending their children to St. John Bosco is the school’s strong Catholic identity and sense of community.

St. John Bosco Catholic School provides students with a balanced curriculum, incorporating core content, fine arts, athletics and values within a faith-based experience. Daily classes include Religion, Literature, English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and one or more lessons each week in Music, Physical Education, Library and Spanish. All of our teachers are certified and more than half hold advanced degrees beyond their Bachelor’s. The school is fully accredited by Western Catholic Education Association and North Central Association (now AdvancED).

Why St. John Bosco Catholic School?

At the heart of St. John Bosco is a commitment to build a community where faith is formed and leaders are born. To accomplish this, we focus on the lifelong development of the whole child, including intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth and well-being.

Our Mission

Guided by Jesus Christ, we are a caring community dedicated to academic excellence, serving others, and developing the whole child within the traditions of our Catholic faith.

A Caring Community

Students and their families are engaged in service projects both on and off campus, serving organizations such as St. Vincent de Paul and Feed My Starving Children. Parents collectively contribute more than 18,000 volunteer service hours on campus annually. The PTO and Dads’ Club host seasonal events on campus, as well as outings to ballparks and campgrounds.

Christ-centered

We believe that by providing a strong foundation based on faith, our students will enter adulthood as thoughtful Catholics who are active in their communities, open to vocations, and who will have a profound impact on the future.
