Dear Parents,
Catholic Schools Week is just two weeks away—one of the most exciting and meaningful times of the year for our students and school community! To kick off the celebration, we invite all students to wear their St. John Bosco school uniform to Mass at their home parish the weekend of Jan 24–25 as a visible sign of pride and school spirit. As a special incentive, any student who wears their uniform to Mass that weekend will earn a Free Dress Day on Thu, Feb 5. Click HERE to view the Catholic Schools Week schedule of events.
We are also thrilled to share that Mr. Caradonna has once again planned an outstanding Field Day for our students! To ensure its success, we kindly ask for your support. Please SIGN UP HERE to help with the games and activities. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy time outdoors with your children while also contributing toward the 25 annual volunteer hours required of each family.
Next, I would like to warmly invite parents to attend our first-ever Pastor & Principal Coffee on Tue, Jan 13 at 8:00am in the MPR. This informal gathering is an opportunity for us to connect, build relationships, and get to know one another better. Coffee will be served, and we truly hope you can join us.
As we look ahead, I am also excited to share that planning for the upcoming school year has already begun. As St. John Bosco continues to grow and thrive, we are intentionally strengthening our leadership team to better support our students, families, faculty, and staff.
Beginning next school year, Mrs. Krissy Bileski will serve as our Full-Time Preschool Director. She will no longer teach the 3’s class, allowing her to provide expanded support to our preschool program, admissions process, and administrative team. Her dedication, leadership, and deep love for our youngest learners make her an incredible asset in this role.
In addition, Mr. Hogan Macdonald will serve as our Assistant Principal, while continuing to teach Junior High STEM, oversee Facilities and IT, and provide additional support to the Administrative Team. His commitment to our mission, students, and staff has been invaluable, and this role allows him to further support the daily operations of our growing school.
As our school grows stronger, so does our leadership. Fr. Manasseh and I are grateful and excited to have Mr. Macdonald and Mrs. Bileski as part of our administrative team. We are equally thankful for the unwavering support of our faculty, staff, parents, and broader St. John Bosco community. Your partnership, encouragement, and trust are what make our school such a special place.
We are truly blessed to walk this journey together and look forward to all that lies ahead.
